    Please note

      Passport and Visa

      - A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry is required for Israel and Jordan.

      - Jordanian visa is required for the Petra portion of the tour. Your guide arranges the visa at the Arava/Aqaba border crossing. The visa fee is approximately $75 per person, payable in cash or arranged through the operator.

      - Some nationalities cannot obtain a Jordanian visa at the border and must arrange it in advance through a Jordanian embassy. Check your eligibility before booking.

      - An Israel exit/border crossing fee of approximately $65 per person is payable at check-in. This is required by the local authority and is not included in the tour price.

      What to Bring

      - Comfortable walking shoes (essential for Petra, Masada, and Jerusalem's Old City).

      - Modest clothing for religious sites: knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women at churches, mosques, and the Western Wall. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not permitted.

      - Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat (you'll be outdoors for most of each day).

      - Swimwear for the Dead Sea.

      - Cash in USD for Jordanian visa and border fees.

      - A light jacket for air-conditioned transport and cooler evenings.

      - A small daypack for daily essentials.

      - Camera or phone for photos.

      Physical Requirements

      - A moderate amount of walking is involved on most days. Terrain varies from paved city streets (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv) to uneven stone paths (Petra, Masada, Acre).

      - Petra Day 8 involves approximately 3-4 hours of walking on gravel and stone paths with gentle inclines.

      - Petra Day 9 (optional Monastery hike) involves approximately 800 rock-cut steps each way and takes about 45 minutes up.

      - The cable car at Masada and Rosh Hanikra reduces the physical demand at those sites.

      - The tour is rated Easy overall, but some individual days require moderate fitness.

      - Not fully wheelchair accessible due to terrain at Petra, Masada, and several Old City sites.

      Dress Code for Religious Sites

      - A strict dress code applies at all religious sites visited on this tour (churches, mosques, the Western Wall).

      - Both men and women must have knees and shoulders covered.

      - Entry may be refused if dress requirements are not met.

      - Carry a light scarf or shawl as a backup to cover shoulders quickly.

      Meals and Dietary Needs

      - Breakfast is included daily at all hotels.

      - Lunch is included on select touring days (confirmed with operator) and on Day 8 in Petra.

      - All other meals are at your own expense. Budget approximately $15-$30 per meal in Israel and $10-$15 in Jordan.

      - If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, inform the operator at the time of booking.

      Accommodation

      - Hotels are tourist-class (3-4 star) in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Eilat, and Petra.

      - Room assignments are double occupancy. Single rooms may be available at a supplement.

      - Holiday season supplement applies in July, August, September, December, and April: $30 per person per night ($60 for single room).

      Tour Schedule Flexibility

      - The order of touring days may change depending on the day of the week you start the tour. Religious site closures (Shabbat in Israel, Friday prayers at mosques) and local conditions may require itinerary adjustments.

      - All times listed are approximate. Traffic, border crossing wait times, and group pace can affect the daily schedule.

      - During holiday periods, the Day 10 flight from Eilat may operate on the evening of Day 9 with an overnight near the airport.

      Group Size

      - Maximum group size is 50 travelers (listed as up to 100 on some platforms, but typical groups are smaller).

      - The tour is fully guided with professional English-speaking guides.

      - All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.

      Start and End Points

      - Start: Hotel pickup in Tel Aviv (Day 1, 8:00-8:30 AM).

      - End: Ben Gurion Airport (Day 10, after flight from Eilat).

      - If you arrive in Israel before Day 1, you are responsible for your own pre-tour accommodation.

      - Book your international departure flight from Ben Gurion Airport for the afternoon or evening of Day 10.

      Tipping

      - Tipping is not included but is customary and appreciated. Recommended: $5-$10 per person per day for guides, $3-$5 for drivers.
